The Article 6 Marital Trust Created Under The Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust Requisitions Special Meeting of Titan Logix Corp.

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC, March 10, 2016 /CNW/ - – The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust (the "Trust") announced today that it requisitioned a special meeting of Titan Logix Corp. ("Titan") (TSX Venture: TLA) under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), to consider the following matters at the Special Meeting:

(i)	Set the number of Directors of Titan at five;
(ii)	Replace Charles Buehler, Douglas Carruthers and W. Douglas Frame as Directors; with S. Grant Reeves, Helen Cornett and Walter Chayka; and
(iii)	Terminate Titan's Shareholder Rights Plan.

The Trust owns 4,887,100 common shares, or approximately 19.05% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Titan.
