The Board of Directors of VOTI is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin McGarr to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

DORVAL, QC, Aug. 21, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The appointment was effective July 16, 2015.

Mr. McGarr joined VOTI in March, 2014, after serving for over 25 years with the Montreal Urban Community Police Service, followed by 6 years as Vice President, KPMG Forensic Inc. In this role, within the forensic accounting practice, Mr. McGarr was responsible for the detection and prevention of corporate and financial malfeasance and also acted as a security consultant for corporate and government clients.  In 2003, Mr. McGarr started a 10 year term with the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), where he served as President and CEO. Mr. McGarr holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.
