Capabilities with the Addition of Peter Reed

STAMFORD, CT, May 17 /CNW/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its capabilities in insurance industry recruiting with the addition of Peter Reed as a Partner based in the company's Stamford, CT office.

With a career that has been devoted exclusively to the insurance industry, Reed's experience spans all sectors of the space globally. He specializes in finding talent for the property and casualty sector, and has successfully executed searches across the C-Suite and boardroom for domestic and global companies, including carriers, brokers, and industry-related service providers. Additionally, Reed has extensive experience working with private equity firms that have investments in start-up and turnaround insurance companies.

Prior to joining The Caldwell Partners, Mr. Reed was a partner and member of the financial services practice at CTPartners. He also spent 10 years as a key member of Korn/Ferry International's global insurance practice. He developed his deep understanding of the insurance industry while working for The Chubb Group. He began his career as a Workers' Compensation Underwriter with Fireman's Fund following graduation from Hamilton College.
