The Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries invites you to participate in the 2014 Corporate Governance Practices Study for the Mining Industry
TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - The Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries ("CSCS") invites you to participate in the 2014 Corporate Governance Practices Study for the Mining Industry.
This year, in addition to the Corporate Governance best practices report, participants from the mining industry will gain access to a special report specific to the mining sector.
Our '2014 Corporate Governance Practices in the Mining Industry Report' will analyze corporate governance practices, trends and issues specific to the mining industry, as well as outline overall key trends in corporate governance. Participants will only have to make one survey submission in order to receive both reports.
If you are the Head of the Corporate Secretary function or managing the responsibilities of a Corporate Secretary in the Mining Industry, please click here to take the survey now. In order to be eligible to participate in both the Mining and overall corporate governance report participants must submit responses by January 24th, 2014!
Your participation in this survey will allow you to receive:
