The Cash Store Australia Holdings Inc. Grants Options to Directors and CEO
EDMONTON, May 31, 2012 /CNW/ - The Cash Store Australia Holdings Inc. ("TCS Australia" or the "Company") (TSXV:AUC) granted on May 25, 2012 an aggregate of 200,000 options to directors, pursuant to TCS Australia's Employee Incentive Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"). Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.19 per option. The options granted have been approved by the Company's Board of Directors and are subject to expire on March 1, 2017. In addition, Mr. Gary Holden, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an additional 500,000 options, and Mr. S.W. (Bill) Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, was granted an additional 25,000 options. The Plan has been approved by the Company's shareholders.
