MONTRÉAL, June 5, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Casino de Montréal will be buzzing along with the Grand Prix Formule 1 this weekend. Original activities will be offered throughout the three days. In addition to projecting the races on Casino screens, including the 48-screen multimedia wall – the most giant of giant displays! − excitement-seekers can try to beat the predefined race time on a simulator. This activity, offered on Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, will take place at the Dame de cœur bar.
What's more, during the three days, a DJ will be present starting at 2 p.m., and the Soul City band will perform at 8 p.m. every evening. Finally, the outdoor Le Jardin bar, usually reserved for High Limits players, will be open to all customers throughout the weekend.
Located at the centre of the loop prized by racetrack drivers, the Casino knows that its international visibility skyrockets during the event and the beauty of its site is caught on TV cameras broadcasting the race all over the world. Beyond the Casino's photogenic exterior, however, it is inside that the frenzy of trials and races continues.
The Grand Prix Formule 1 in Montréal is therefore the ideal time to come and experience unforgettable entertainment at the Casino de Montréal!
Access to Île Notre-Dame
Despite the roadwork on the Bonaventure expressway, access to the Casino will remain open during the weekend. During free trials and qualifications on Friday and Saturday as well as for Sunday's race, customers who take this route will be directed to Avenue Pierre-Dupuy. Of course, once the trials and races are over, traffic towards the Casino will be much lighter.
