TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2016 /CNW/ - The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) has the honour of opening the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) at 9:30 a.m. ET today. The Council will be represented by CCPPP President and CEO Mark Romoff and several Council board members.
