The two teams will now face each other at the DNC national final in Montreal on June 27
BOUCHERVILLE, QC, June 1, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Twenty-two of Canada's most talented young soccer players aged between 10 and 12 have been selected to represent the Eastern Canada Team and Western Canada Team at the 15th Danone Nations Cup national final in Montreal on June 27.
Chosen from among 200 of the most promising young soccer hopefuls from across the country who attended provincial camps in Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver, the selected players showcased an array of impressive skills to persuade the Danone Nations Cup coaches they have what it takes to represent the Eastern Canada Team and Western Canada Team at the national final.

The DNC is a very special competition, both for the players taking part, and for the Canadian public who are given a unique opportunity to see Canada's soccer stars of tomorrow in action. Beginning at regional training camps held across Canada each September, then at provincial camps held in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia – where the Western Canada and Eastern Canada teams are formed, the Danone Nations Cup gives approximately 5,000 young Canadian soccer players the chance to live out their soccer playing dreams each year.
The Eastern Canada and Western Canada teams will now play against each other at the Danone Nations Cup 2015 Canadian national final to be held at Montreal's Percival Molson Memorial Stadium on June 27th. The winning team will become Team Canada and gain a once in lifetime opportunity to represent their country in Morocco, host country of the 2015 Danone Nations Cup international final.
