The Digital Publishing Awards Announce the Launch of New Blog
TORONTO, April 6, 2017 /CNW/ - The Digital Publishing Awards are proud to announce the launch of the digitalpublishing.blog - a new leading reference for digital publishers and media professionals.
This new online resource aims to assist both established and emerging talents of Canada's digital publishing landscape with relevant, timely, educative and compelling information about their industry. Promotion of award-winning digital content, design, creators and innovation will be posted regularly through a digest of relevant industry news, events and developments, as well as profiles that promote the creative work of Canadian digital publishers.
Compelling interviews with industry professionals describing the distinct processes behind their award-winning work will be published. From conceptualization to execution we'll speak with a wide range of digital media experts. To launch our interview series, we discussed with Jude Isabella, editor in chief of Hakai Magazine. Read this interview on digitalpublishing.blog now and look for the next installment with The Globe and Mail digital designer Christopher Manza.
Finally, the blog also features useful sections including Resources, Industry Events, and a free Job Board service. Digital publishers are invited to send us their job postings, which will be featured on the blog at no cost.
