The Fiera Capital QSSP II Investment Fund Inc. announces the declaration of a capital gains dividend

MONTREAL, Jan. 19, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of The Fiera Capital QSSP II Investment Fund Inc. (the "Fund") has declared a capital gains dividend for a total amount of $7,140,979, payable on January 30, 2015, to holders of Class A shares of record at the close of business on January 29, 2015.
