The Fiera Quantum Income Opportunities Fund announces a change of manager from Fiera Quantum Limited Partnership to Fiera Capital Corporation

TORONTO and MONTREAL, April 15, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Quantum Income Opportunities Fund (the "Fund"), announces that as of the date hereof, Fiera Quantum Limited Partnership ("FQLP"), has been replaced by Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital") as the investment fund manager and portfolio manager of the Fund. As a result of this change, the Fund's name will be changed to "Fiera Capital Income Opportunities Fund". The Fund also announces that the sub-adviser agreement entered between FQLP and Fiera Capital on December 30, 2015, is being terminated because it is no longer required as a result of Fiera Capital becoming the investment fund manager and portfolio manager of the Fund.

These changes follow the transfer of the lead portfolio manager of the Fund, Angus Rogers, from FQLP to Fiera Capital. Angus Rogers will continue to be the lead portfolio manager of the Fund and will continue to draw upon Fiera Capital's broad portfolio management expertise and resources.
