MONTRÉAL, March 21, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - The Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada is pleased to announce an exclusive and very special activity which will benefit Heart & Stroke.
For this event, incorporated into the official programming of the weekend where Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve will welcome the finest drivers in the world, those in attendance will be able to walk on the track were, just a few hours earlier, Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso, Stroll and other stars of Formula 1 will have taken part in the first free practice sessions.
Members of the organization and other celebrities will take part in this walk, an unprecedented event in the 40 years of Formula 1 in Montréal, including the official spokesperson of the activity, Canadian Olympic medalist Joannie Rochette. Participants will be able to take selfies on the track, walk on the kerbs and the tire marks left by the F1 cars, walk up to the walls that the best drivers in the world have rubbed against and cross the finish line where the asphalt bears forevermore the legendary inscription Salut Gilles.
