The Kraus Group of Companies Announces New President & CEO Steve Malinowski

WATERLOO, ON, March 11, 2013 /CNW/ - The Kraus Group of Companies (Kraus Group), including Kraus Carpets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Malinowski as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Steve is an accomplished executive with a track record of:

• driving profitable growth;
• market-focused strategic leadership;
• operational turnarounds; and,
• organizational development.

Steve joins the Kraus Group from Janes Foods, where he was President and CEO. During his tenure he doubled the business's turnover successfully increasing profitability and equity value.  Steve's proven strengths include developing integrated brand-building via innovation and digital marketing, strategic competitor acquisition and integration, export business strategy, global supply chain partnerships, and developing business opportunities in Canada, USA, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Japan.  Steve has also worked in a number of other industries from injection moulding to automotive and comes with a proven track record.
