The Loyalist Insurance Group Limited announces name change

ANCASTER, ON, June 23 /CNW/ - The Loyalist Insurance Group Limited (NEX symbol: LOY.H) (the "Corporation") announces that, further to the annual and special meeting of shareholders held June 1, 2010, at which shareholder approval for a change of the name of the Corporation was obtained, the NEX has approved the change of name of the Corporation to "Loyalist Group Limited". Trading in the Corporation's common shares will commence under the new name at the opening of the market on Thursday June 24, 2010. The trading symbol will remain unchanged (LOY.H).
