MONTRÉAL, Sept. 23, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The McGill University Health Centre regrets to announce the death of comedian Gilles Latulippe at the Montreal General Hospital early this morning. Mr Latulippe had been admitted on August 22nd for pneumonia and passed away due to complications stemming from a lung cancer for which he had being treated for a number of years.
The Management of the MUHC and the attending staff wish to convey their condolences to the family of the deceased.
Funeral arrangements for Mr Latulippe will be communicated at a later date through the media. In due respect for the family's intimacy in this trying period, no further comments will be provided by the family or the hospital at this stage
