MONTREAL, May 2, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - After a competition featuring eight teams from seven Quebec universities, the team from HEC Montréal earned top honours in the second 360 Tournament organized by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
The only university competition organized by practitioners in the field, the 360 Tournament gives future HR and IR professionals the chance to match wits in a high-level competition. Open to all Quebec universities offering a human resources or industrial relations program, the 360 Tournament provides a unique occasion for participants to be evaluated by a team of six senior HR executives. The Tournament brings together students, academics and business people from the four corners of Quebec.
"The 360 Tournament is an opportunity for students to test their knowledge and come into contact with the real working world. It's also an occasion for the Ordre to promote the potential of future HR and IR professionals among employers," explained Florent Francoeur, CHRP, Ordre President and CEO.
