The Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés honoured with two
awards for excellence

MONTREAL , Nov. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - The Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés was honoured with two awards for excellence by the Canadian Society of Association Executives at its national conference in Toronto , held from November 25 to 27.

Professional development/education Award

The Ordre earned the Associations Make a Better Canada Award in the professional development and education category for its Excalibur Tournament. This award is granted to an organization that has developed and disseminated best-practice information among its members to support the application of new skills and the development of a competitive and skilled workforce. The Ordre's Excalibur Tournament definitely meets these requirements; it is a fascinating experience for students that places them squarely in the real working world. As the only tournament organized by practitioners for future professionals, Excalibur provides all Canadian universities offering programs in human resources management or industrial relations with the opportunity to compete in a demanding competition.

Communication Award of Excellence

The Ordre also received the Communication Award of Excellence - Best Magazine for its Effectif magazine.

Effectif features highly professional, well-written articles on innovative practices and the challenges facing all HR professionals in each field of human resources management.
