The Passion Campaign(TM) is an awareness campaign especially needed this year
to support local food banks and 13 grassroots charities to feed the poor,
homeless and less fortunate in Toronto, Markham and York Region, Hamilton and
Brantford, Ontario

TORONTO , Dec. 19 /CNW/ - The Passion Campaign(TM) is an awareness initiative developed on the belief that the people, small businesses and corporations of Ontario have no limits when it comes to their generosity in supporting the needs of the homeless, less fortunate or working poor in our great cities of Toronto , Markham and York Region, Brantford and Hamilton.

While we are re-launching this awareness campaign during the winter season and holiday period, the main purpose is to raise awareness of the plight of these individuals all year round.

However, it is at this particular time of year that their needs are at their greatest.

The Passion Campaign(TM) has identified thirteen charitable organizations as well as your local food banks, whose primary focus is to help those in need without regard to their creed, religion, colour or any other identifying attributes.

Here is a list of the thirteen charity organizations that will benefit from your support of The Passion Campaign(TM), "Helping feed the homeless and less fortunate every day" (in Alphabetical order) (also Support your Local Food Banks in Toronto , York region, Markham, Hamilton and Brantford): Evangel Hall Mission; Fred Victor Centre; Good Neighbours Club; Good Shepherd Ministries; Mustard Seed Sisters of St Joseph; Sanctuary; the Scott Mission; Second Base Youth Shelter Scarborough; St. John the Compassionate Mission; St. Christopher House ; The Salvation Army Corps 614; Toronto Christian Resource Centre; Yonge Street Mission.

The Passion Campaign(TM) is creating awareness by supporting local Food Banks and 13 charitable organizations that are on the frontline feeding the hungry, cold, poor and homeless living on the streets.
