collective bargaining agreement

MONTREAL , Dec. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - Corus Québec management announces that the 39 employees of its two English-language stations in Montréal, The Q92.5 FM and AM940 Montreal's Greatest Hits, approved the renewal of their collective bargaining agreement yesterday upon the recommendation of their bargaining committee. This agreement, which had expired on December 31, 2008 , will be in effect until August 31, 2012 .

"We are pleased with the outcome of these negotiations, which were respectfully conducted within a reasonable timeframe and to the satisfaction of both parties," stated Mario Cecchini , Vice President of Corus Québec.
