The Québec entrepreneurship contest announces the finalists for the People's Choice Prize - Gaz Métro, powered by Videotron Business Solutions Français
QUÉBEC CITY, June 4, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - We are pleased to announce today the finalists for the People's Choice Prize – Gaz Métro, Powered by Videotron Business Solutions. This prize is intended to showcase entrepreneurs who stand out because of their exceptional entrepreneurial profiles, inspiring personalities and community leadership. Seven (7) entrepreneurs or business teams (one finalist for each official category in the QEC's Business Creation division) are in the running for this prize.
From June 4 to 18, 2015, members of the public can vote for their favourite entrepreneur directly on the QEC's Web site: http://www.concours-entrepreneur.org/. To help them in their decision making, the QEC has prepared a brief description of each business listed among the finalists, and encourages everybody to vote!
Voting will continue until 6 p.m. on June 18, the date of the QEC's 17th Desjardins Grand Prize Gala. The business that garners the most votes will be declared the winner. Its name will be announced during the awards ceremonies, which will be shown live on the QEC Web site by Videotron Business Solutions. Since the objective of this prize is to promote and provide visibility for businesses, the winning candidate will have a colour advertisement placed in the newspaper Les Affaires. Finally, a video clip filmed during the Grand Prize Gala will be posted on the Internet and a copy of it will be given to the winner.
