The Second Cup Ltd. Reports Voting Results of 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 9, 2016 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. (TSX: SCU) announced today the voting results from its annual meeting held in Toronto, Ontario on May 6, 2016. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 7,382,301 representing 57.54 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of each of the six director nominees as follows:
