The Second Cup Ltd. Reports Voting Results of 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 16, 2017 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. (TSX: SCU) announced today the voting results from its annual meeting held in Toronto, Ontario on May 12, 2017. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 7,937,525 representing 61.86 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of each of the five director nominees as follows:
