TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - The Toronto Blue Jays are pleased to announce that in 2015 the Honda Super Camp will be returning to Quebec. In addition the club will be partnering with Baseball Quebec for their annual Coaches Clinic.
The Honda Super Camp is a baseball experience like no other, running for two days starting on August 18th at Pierre Elliott Trudeau Park in Cote Saint Luc, QC. Kids aged 9-16 will be learning their skills and techniques from former Toronto Blue Jays alumni and former Major League players, including legendary Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar. Each participant will receive, a hat, t-shirt, instructional manual along with a leather Alomar Baseball Gold Series model baseball glove.
For the first time the Blue Jays will be partnering with Baseball Quebec for their annual Coaches Clinic in Laval, QC on the weekend of February 20-21. All instructors will be supplied by the Blue Jays Baseball Academy and once again Roberto Alomar will provide expertise on the game and be available to participants. Registration for Baseball Quebec's Coaches Clinic will begin on December 1st at baseballquebec.com.
