FREDERICTON, Sept. 17, 2013 /CNW/ - On September 12th The UPS Foundation presented an $11,000 grant to Portage Atlantic. Portage Atlantic provides a residential rehabilitation program for youths between the ages of 14 and 21 who are dealing with substance abuse issues.
