TORONTO, March 21, 2015 /CNW/ - Someone in Ontario is waking up a winner! There is a single winning ticket sold in the Hamilton area from the Friday, March 20, 2015 LOTTO MAX draw. The ticket is worth $50,000,000.
There were also two winning ENCORE tickets sold in the Waterloo and Mississauga worth $100,000 each.
Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won over $2 billion in prizes, including 40 jackpot wins and 211 winning MAXMILLIONS tickets.
For each $5 play, LOTTO MAX players receive three sets of seven numbers ranging from one to forty-nine. Players must match all seven numbers, in any one set, to win the jackpot and the MAXMILLIONS prizes.
Next week's LOTTO MAX jackpot will be an estimated $12 million.
