TMX Group Inc. to hold its Annual Meeting and report results for Q1 2010 on
Wednesday, April 28, 2010

TORONTO, April 7 /CNW/ - On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, TMX Group Inc. will hold its Annual and Special Meeting for shareholders in Toronto at the Design Exchange, 234 Bay Street, at 2:00PM EDT.

Journalists may attend the meeting; however, the use of photographic, recording or video equipment will not be permitted during the meeting. There will be a brief media availability following the meeting.

TMX Group will also announce its results for the first quarter 2010. An analyst call to review results will be held to review the results.
