TMX Group Inc. to hold its Annual Meeting and report results for Q1 2012 on Friday, May 11, 2012

TORONTO, April 12, 2012 /CNW/ - On Friday, May 11, 2012, TMX Group Inc. will hold its Annual and Special Meeting for shareholders in the TMX Gallery at 2:00PM EDT.

Journalists may attend the meeting; however, the use of photographic, recording or video equipment will not be permitted during the meeting. There will be a brief media availability following the meeting.

TMX Group will also announce its results for the first quarter 2012. An analyst call will be held to review the results.
