Register now for performance opportunities leading up to and during the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games
TORONTO, May 23, 2014 /CNW/ - Musicians, artists and performers looking to make a splash on the international stage can now apply to be part of the TORONTO 2015 Games.
The TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee (TO2015) is looking for talent to help get the crowd stomping its feet, dancing in the streets, or oohing and ahhing in wonder and delight during the biggest international multi-sport Games Canada has ever hosted.
Individual artists and companies involved in music, theatre, dance, spoken word, visual arts, fashion and literature as well as sports-related performance are invited to register for upcoming paid and volunteer opportunities at TORONTO2015.org/entertainment-registry.
Performers from diverse backgrounds and artists with a disability are encouraged to apply. Registration is open until December 31, 2014.
Performance opportunities may include pre-Games announcements and events, community celebrations and events during PANAMANIA, presented by CIBC.
TO2015 will review all interested registrants and make its decisions based on need, experience, talent and budget.
