For the fifth year in a row, Red Bull Crashed Ice, a combination of hockey, downhill skiing and boardercross, yet again brings high energy and the search for glory to the historic district of Old Québec. In total, more than 12,000 Canadians registered for the chance to compete and only the country's most high octane athletes from coast-to-coast and beyond have made it through to the world championship finals in QuébecCity. What lies ahead? Tomorrow these thrill-seeking athletes will once again clash in an epic battle to the bottom of an urban ice course riddled with massive vertical drops, jumps and razor-sharp turns at heart-pounding speeds of more than 60 km/h.
