TORONTO, May 3, 2013 /CNW/ - As part of Toronto Hydro's work on Waterfront Toronto's revitalization project, a diver prepares to get wet and attempt to plug openings on the dock wall in front of Captain John's boat. The water table in this area is high, pushing water into newly dug trenches. This unique solution in the urban core will speed up the process of relocating and adding more cable to accommodate new customers.
