TORONTO, March 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Toronto Hydro crews haul a 1,500 pound transformer into the underground garage at a 14-storey condo. With aging equipment causing 40 per cent of power outages in Toronto, this building is receiving three new transformers, at a cost of approximately $120,000, to improve the reliability of the electricity service to the premises.
