TORONTO, May 7, 2012 /CNW/ - On May 6, Toronto Hydro employees planted over 200 native trees and shrubs in Centennial Park for its annual tree planting event with Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests (LEAF) and the City of Toronto. In support of biodiversity, air quality improvement and growing the city's tree canopy, the team has planted over 2,900 trees.
