Anthony Haines is a 2017 Clean16 award winner
TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2016 /CNW/ - Toronto Hydro's president and CEO, Anthony Haines, has been named to the 2017 Clean16 group of leaders, which acknowledges those who have helped advance the cause of sustainability and clean capitalism in Canada.
The award was handed out yesterday at a ceremony in Toronto by the Delta Management Group, a sustainability and clean technology search firm.
The Delta Management Group created the Clean16 awards to recognize remarkable and inspiring leaders, but also to attempt to connect those leaders in order to bridge gaps, and build connections that might not otherwise occur.
Delta's criteria in determining Honourees is to carefully consider actual measurable accomplishments, demonstrated innovation, collaboration with other organizations, and the power of the Honouree's contribution to inspire other Canadians to take similar action.
