Toronto Management Consulting Firm Acquisitions Result in Expanded Public Sector Practice

TORONTO, May 25, 2016 /CNW/ - OPTIMUS | SBR, a Toronto-based management consulting firm, announced today the expansion of their broader public sector consulting practice with the acquisitions of SEG Management Consultants Inc. (SEG) and Parker Management Consultants (PMC). Both purchases are strategic acquisitions by OPTIMUS | SBR as they actively seek to strengthen their position as a trusted advisory leader in the public sector.

Over the past fifteen years, both SEG and PMC have achieved strong brand recognition within the broader public sector, and are rich with deep subject matter expertise highlighted by several individuals who were senior executives within the sector.

The next major acquisition followed two years later in 2012 when RWS Advisory was purchased to support the expansion of their healthcare practice. In late 2015, the firm then purchased KeyWillow, a boutique firm specializing in process improvement in the energy and financial services sector.
