Special Literary Event
Featuring Ann-Marie MacDonald, Perdita Felicien, and others
TORONTO, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - Toronto Public Library and CBC Radio One 99.1 invite book lovers to celebrate this year's Canada Reads battle of the books at the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon at the Toronto Reference Library on Thursday, February 25.
A selection of this year's nominated writers, book defenders and other special guests will discuss and read from this year's books. Live music performance by Shakura S'Aida.

Excerpts will air March 1 to 5 on Radio One 99.1's Here and Now between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. leading up to the Canada Reads debates, which air March 8 to 12 at 11:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on CBC Radio One, as well as on bold TV and online.
