On Sunday, June 7th at Second Harvest's legendary culinary fundraiser Toronto Taste, presented by The Daniels Corporation, the Live Auction will feature a Full-Service Real Estate Package courtesy of Andrew Ipekian.
Andrew is donating his services to sell one lucky winner's home free of charge. This prize package includes real estate fees of 2.5% (or 5% if he acts as both the listing and selling agent), home staging advice, maid service, professional photography and virtual tour, open houses, and marketing in multiple digital advertising channels. The only way to bid on this unique prize is by attending Toronto Taste. A limited number of tickets are now available at a cost of $250 each, with a $125 tax receipt. Every ticket purchased enables Second Harvest to rescue and deliver enough food to provide 500 meals for adults, children and seniors in need in Toronto.
