Toronto Youth Joins Alabama's Oakwood University Students to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr with a star-studded gospel tribute.

TORONTO, Jan. 10, 2013 /CNW/ - On Saturday, January 12th, 2013, the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA) teams up with EFCCC, and Metro Youth Federation to present the 14th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration themed "Reclaim the Dream" at 6:30 pm at the McVety Conference Centre, 50 Gervais Drive, Don Mills.

The event is under the patronage of Oakwood University, Alabama, USA; featuring the renowned Dynamic Praise University Choir, some of Toronto's top artists, musicians and lyricists; hosted by Nathan Downer, CP24 TV personality. Our Keynote Speaker is the President of Oakwood University; educator, dynamic thought leader and international motivational speaker Dr. Leslie N. Pollard. The celebration will be televised on Rogers TV.

Tickets are $10 in advance, $20 at the door and Children 12 years and under are $5 at the door.  Tickets are also available online and at various outlets.
