Toscana Energy Confirms October Dividend

TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Toscana Energy Income Corporation ("Toscana Energy" or the "Company") (TSX: TEI) confirms that the cash dividend of $0.135 per common share (or the equivalent of $0.405 per common share on a quarterly basis) of the Company ("Common Share") to be paid on November 14, 2014 in respect of October 2014 production of the Company for shareholders of record on October 31, 2014.  The ex-dividend date is October 29, 2014.   Once paid, total cash dividends distributed by the Company to holders of Common Shares during the 2014 calendar year will be $1.35 per Common Share.  This dividend is an eligible dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
