KELOWNA, BC and EDMONTON, April 21 /CNW/ - TOTAL TELCOM INC. (TSX Venture: TTZ) announce today that Clean Harbors Energy and Industrial Services Corp., formerly operating as Eveready Energy Services Corp. has advised the Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications Inc. that it would be discontinuing its relationship with ROM effective March 17, 2010. Subsequent discussions did not result in an offer for satisfactory compensation for ending ROM's services prior to the minimum three year period as provided for in an agreement between Eveready and ROM established May, 2008. The financial impact to the Corporation is a reduction of cashflow in excess of $25,000 per month.
Neil Magrath, CEO, of Total Telcom states: "We have acted in good faith and have invested considerable time, effort and money into Eveready's Fleet Management System. We are very disappointed being forced to use litigation as a means to enforce our rights, protect our corporate assets and to obtain reasonable compensation."
Total Telcom Inc. provides "Web to Wireless" products and services across North America for remote control, monitoring and asset management through its wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications Inc.
