KELOWNA and EDMONTON, Dec. 13 /CNW/ - TOTAL TELCOM INC. (TSX Venture: TTZ) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications Inc. has filed a statement of claim in Court Of Queen's Bench Of Alberta against Clean Harbors Energy and Industrial Services Corp., formerly operating as Eveready Energy Services Corp., claiming damages in the amount of $3.8 million for breach of contract.
Neil Magrath, CEO of Total Telcom, states: "We have made numerous efforts to resolve this issue in a professional manner, have acted and continue to act in good faith, but now feel that litigation is our only recourse. The Corporation has obtained an independent opinion and a full 3rd party review prior to proceeding with a statement of claim."
