TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge complete sale of Woolgate Exchange to Cathay Life

LONDON, UK and MONTREAL, Aug. 20, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge announce the sale of Woolgate Exchange to Cathay Life, one of Taiwan's largest insurance firms.

Woolgate Exchange is a 351,000 square foot (33,000 square metre) office building located in the heart of the City of London, close to the Bank of England. The asset is 100% leased to Portigon AG, with high-quality sub-tenants including Investec Asset Management, NASDAQ OMX, Sidley Austin and the University of Chicago.
