Transaction in the IT Industry - Innobec Expands Web and Mobile Service Offering with Dium Acquisition Français
MONTREAL, March 11, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Innobec Technologies Inc. (Innobec.com), a major custom software and application developer, announced its acquisition of Dium, a company specialized in building Web and mobile software. The transaction will allow the Canadian firm to expand its service offering, boost its expertise, and increase its operations in the Ottawa region. In 2013, Innobec ranked 13th among Canadian software developers and 4th in Quebec in Profit Magazine's annual ranking of Canada's fastest-growing companies (PROFIT 500).
This addition will allow Innobec to become a major player in eastern Canada. "By adding the Dium team, we are able to increase our presence, expand our operations, and develop new technological expertise.
