OTTAWA, June 8, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities will provide an opening plenary address at the Intelligent Transportation Systems Society of Canada's (ITS Canada) 15th Annual Conference and General Meeting. Following his remarks, Minister Lebel will be joined by Dr. the Honourable C.P. Joshi, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, India, for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance cooperation in road transportation.
