WINDSOR, ON, July 29, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport and Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, will make an important announcement regarding the Detroit River International Crossing (DRIC) / New International Trade Crossing (NITC) between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan.
