Transportation Safety Board of Canada deploys a team of investigators for the grounding of a Canadian Bulk Carrier on Lake St. Clair in US waters Français
QUEBEC, May 8, 2013 /CNW/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is deploying a team of investigators following the grounding of the Canadian Bulk Carrier Spruceglen that occurred on Lake St Clair in US waters, early in the evening yesterday. The TSB will go onboard the vessel to gather information and assess the occurrence.
The TSB is an independent agency that investigates marine, pipeline, railway and aviation transportation occurrences. Its sole aim is the advancement of transportation safety. It is not the function of the Board to assign fault or determine civil or criminal liability.
