Transportation Safety Board Of Canada Deploys A Team To BC Ferries Accident At Village Bay, Mayne Island, British Columbia Français
RICHMOND, BC, Nov. 2, 2013 /CNW/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will deploy a team of investigators on Monday to Village Bay, Mayne Island, British Columbia, where the ferry Queen of Nanaimo was involved in an accident today. The TSB will gather information and assess the occurrence.
The TSB is an independent agency that investigates marine, pipeline, railway and aviation transportation occurrences. Its sole aim is the advancement of transportation safety. It is not the function of the Board to assign fault or determine civil or criminal liability.
