TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Treasury Metals Inc. (TSX:TML) ("Treasury Metals" or, the "Company") announces that it has filed on SEDAR a supplement to its 2015 Management Information Circular (the "Supplement") dated April 14, 2015. The Supplement includes the gender diversity disclosure required by items 10 to 15 of National Instrument 58-101F1 – Corporate Governance Disclosure.
