Trez Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Voting Results from 2017 Annual Meeting

TORONTO, June 29, 2017 /CNW/ - Trez Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (TZZ: TSX)  (the "Company") announced the results of matters voted on at its annual meeting of shareholders held today (the "Meeting").

Each of the nominees for election as a director listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 17, 2017 was elected as a director of the Company at the Meeting. Proxies in respect of the election of directors of the Company were received as follows:
