Tri-River Ventures Inc. - Change to Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, Feb. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Tri-River Ventures Inc. (the "Company") confirms that Jay Chmelauskas has resigned as a director of the Company.

Management thanks Mr. Chmelauskas for his very helpful participation on the Board particularly given his extensive business and resource property experience in China. We wish him the very best with his ongoing and future endeavors.

Arising from Mr. Chmelauskas' resignation, the members of the audit committee are now Y.B. Ian He,  Yonggang Yang and Yong Sui.
