Tri-White changes name to ClubLink Enterprises Limited
TORONTO, July 23 /CNW/ - Tri-White Corporation (the "Company") (TSX: TWH) announced that the Company has filed articles of amendment under the Canada Business Corporations Act to change its name to "ClubLink Enterprises Limited". As previously announced, the name change was approved by shareholders at an annual and special meeting held on June 30, 2009.
The Company has also obtained approval to change its TSX ticker symbol to "CLK", such change will become effective within two or three trading days. As a result of the name change, the CUSIP number for the Company's common shares will be changed to 18948H109 and its ISIN to CA18948H1091.
ClubLink Enterprises Limited (formerly Tri-White Corporation) has a proven record of building and delivering value through its corporate investment operations. In addition to owning approximately 72.6% of the shares in ClubLink Corporation, Canada's largest owner and operator of member golf clubs, the Company also owns a 100% interest in the historic White Pass & Yukon Route Railway, including strategic holdings in the port operations and supporting excursions, based in Skagway, Alaska.
